Privacy Policy

Advantage is a productivity assistant for one connected workspace. This policy explains what data the service uses, why it uses it, and how you can ask for it to be deleted.

Information We Process

Advantage may process account identifiers, profile metadata, media metadata, direct message metadata, comments, webhook delivery payloads, access tokens, logs, and app configuration that you explicitly connect through supported providers such as Instagram. Advantage also processes operational data needed to run the service, including diagnostics, security events, and error logs.

Chrome Extension

The Advantage Browser Control extension lets you connect Chrome to your Advantage workspace and ask Advantage to inspect, control, or debug browser tabs. When you connect the extension or request a browser action, it may process tab URLs and titles, page content and structure, text you enter through Advantage, screenshots, navigation activity, cookies, console messages, network request metadata, download information, and the results of browser actions. These capabilities operate only to provide browser-control and debugging features you initiate or enable.

The extension stores its authentication token, backend address, device identifier, nickname, preferences, and connection state in Chrome local storage. Browser data needed to fulfil a requested action is sent over encrypted HTTPS or WebSocket connections to the Advantage backend. Advantage may send the relevant request and browser context to configured AI service providers to interpret your request and choose the browser actions to perform.

How We Use Information

We use connected-account data to authenticate your accounts, display account status, read content you asked Advantage to access, process webhook events, support replies or publishing actions you initiate, monitor reliability, and secure the service. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Advantage shares information only with infrastructure and AI service providers, and with connected platforms, as needed to operate requested features, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect the service. Advantage does not sell personal information, use browser data for advertising, or share connected platform or browser data with advertisers or data brokers.

Retention

Advantage keeps connected-account tokens and webhook records while the integration is active or while needed for security, debugging, and compliance. You can disconnect an integration to stop future access. You can also request deletion using the data deletion instructions.

Chrome keeps the extension's local settings until you clear its storage or remove the extension. Advantage retains browser-operation records and redacted diagnostic logs only while needed to provide the service, investigate failures, secure the system, and meet legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can revoke Advantage access from the connected platform, disconnect stored tokens in Advantage, or request deletion of data associated with your connected account.

You can stop browser access at any time by disconnecting, disabling, or removing the Chrome extension. You can also clear the extension's locally stored data through Chrome's extension settings.

Data deletion instructions are available at https://www.advantage.onl/data-deletion.
