Data Deletion

You can request deletion of Advantage data associated with a connected account at any time.

How To Request Deletion

Email privacy@advantage.onl with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the connected account username or account identifier you want removed.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account before deleting data.

What Gets Deleted

After verification, Advantage deletes stored access tokens, connected-account profile identifiers, webhook payload records, normalized webhook events, and other integration data associated with the account unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup integrity.

Disconnecting Access

You can also revoke Advantage from the connected platform’s app settings. Revocation stops future access, but you should still submit a deletion request if you want stored records removed.
